The staff were very friendly and helpful, storing our bags when we arrived early and then putting them in our room once it was ready. They also gave us great suggestions for restaurants and activities in Toulouse. The room was clean, comfortable, and functional, and the location was excellent—everything was within walking distance. The common areas were quite limited and cramped.

The staff member was very apologetic and refunded us immediately; he offered to help us find another place but we arranged that ourselves. He made sure the hotel paid for a taxi to the new accommodation. We understand mistakes happen, but it was simply very inconvenient. He also gave us hot drinks while we waited. We had booked a twin room, yet the hotel had none ready or available because of an error on their part, so we had to switch to another hotel, which was very disappointing since it was late at night and we were exhausted from traveling.
