The place was clean, the staff were attentive, and the internet connection was solid. We even got a free laundry service and drinks once. The TV was big and new. The only downside was the rooms were small and there was no balcony to dry a wetsuit.

The location is great, right in the middle of everything, but the resort itself feels different once you step inside. We had a few hiccups at check‑in, but the staff went above and beyond to fix them. The stay was fantastic, and they even baked a cake for my husband’s 50th birthday. The only drawback was that the hot water takes a long time to reach the room; once we figured it out, we would start the shower about five minutes early so it would heat up in time.

The location is nice, just a short walk to the beach, with plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The free shuttle to the airport was a big plus. The room was comfortable, with bathrobes, slippers, air‑con, and free Wi‑Fi. The main issue was breakfast: I wanted fruit juice, but it wasn’t offered, and I was limited to one cup of coffee, even though I usually drink more. The food was prepared to order, which I appreciate, but a self‑serve buffet would be better if they only offered drinks.

I spent six great days here and loved everything. The hotel is in the city, just minutes from the beach and restaurants, with a supermarket nearby. The rooms are spacious, the pool view is beautiful, and breakfast was amazing. The free airport transfer and beach shuttle were nice extras. The staff—airport team, doorman, reception, housekeeping, and restaurant—were all welcoming, helpful, and accommodating whenever I needed something. Thank you to the whole team for making my stay enjoyable! The only disappointments were that the food and drinks I ordered separately—pizza and juice—were low quality, despite the restaurant’s excellent staff and equipment. Housekeeping also fell short: every time I requested cleaning, the room wasn’t cleaned thoroughly, even though I paid an extra cleaning fee. There was a strong sewage smell on the first floor that needs fixing. Checkout was frustrating: after six days we had to wait about 15 minutes at reception while the room was inspected, even though we needed to catch a flight. With daily housekeeping visits, the delay felt unnecessary for the price we paid.
