The place was cozy, nice, and about 10 minutes from the bath; everything was fine.

Nothing good at all – the staff were rude, the service was tasteless, the pool was a filthy duck‑farming facility full of dead fish, and people smoked under our window, shouting from 7 am. Our room was about 10 m² instead of the advertised 20 m², the bed was uncomfortable, and the whole experience was awful. I tried to cancel on the first day but was denied; after one night I had to leave with my son and we never got a refund for the remaining two nights.

The view that was supposed to face the lake wasn’t a lake at all, and the air‑conditioning was just a fan that never worked, unlike any place we’ve stayed before. At 10 :10 a host appeared and claimed we had slept well; we had already finished cleaning and were only tidying up, which took 10 minutes. We’ve booked apartments 10 – 12 years ago and were told we could relax, yet they forced us to check in at 10 :00 because that’s how it’s advertised. The Wi‑Fi was a disaster – we were five people and none could connect, and the bandwidth was only 13 Mbps, which is useless. If you’re coming, bring your own internet.

I really enjoyed the pool and my husband and I had a great time swimming in it; it was quiet, peaceful, and the gentle side of nature made us feel very comfortable.
