“Questa volta non mi è piaciuto affatto”
The building looked pretty nice but felt old‑fashioned, and both rooms we were moved into had broken windows.

Excellent location, very beautiful space, huge room (at least the one I had) and balcony.
“Make sure to avoid”
Convenient location, yet this was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had; the hotel desperately needs renovation and staff training, it’s unbelievable it’s classified as 5‑star. The AC wasn’t working and the staff couldn’t fix it. The mattress was painfully uncomfortable, hard and old, and the hotel spaces were a joke.
The pool was fantastic, and the poolside service offered an impressive menu that was truly awesome.
Parking was an issue.
