The reception was friendly and family‑like. The building is lovely, with beautiful sea and garden views, and I’d gladly come back. The breakfast is substantial, but I wish there were more authentic items, like freshly squeezed oranges instead of iced tea… that’s my take.

“Molto deludente”

I only liked the area because it was very quiet; everything else was zero. The bathroom is too small, the mattress is very uncomfortable, there’s no mini‑fridge in the room for a bottle of water, and the room smells damp or moldy. On top of that, the lady was very rude and unfriendly.

“Buona soluzione”

The breakfast was plentiful, fresh, homemade, and varied. The location was perfect for me because I was stopping by to visit the Etna towns. The view was stunning and the rooms were quiet. I would improve the customer welcome and add a mini‑fridge to the rooms.

“Hôtel stratégiquement situé”

The hotel is charming, and you can park for free right in front, which is very convenient. It’s a strategic spot between Syracuse, Taormina, Catania, and Etna. The rooms are spacious, clean, and cleaned daily. The host was responsive and answered my messages. The breakfast is varied and complete. We didn’t know the pool was closed during that period, so we couldn’t use it. Valverde is a very small town with nothing to do nearby. The bathroom is very small, especially the shower cabin, though it works. We would have liked a fridge and a common area to eat or relax. Also, we could hear neighbors coming and going, especially when they’re on their terrace, and the noise from neighbors was annoying the last night.

​We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location couldn't be more convenient, and the breakfast each morning was truly perfect. The only real "downside" was that we had a hard time forcing ourselves to leave and explore because we were so captivated by the beautiful view from our room. We would definitely stay here again
