The food was spectacular, both the breakfast buffet and the lunch/dinner menus. Guest service was excellent and helpful. However, there were constant interruptions in the room; I wanted some quiet and couldn’t get it. If it wasn’t the cleaning lady, it was the minibar attendant. I understand it’s part of their job, but it happened every day—unnecessary, at least the minibar check was overdone.

The room was clean, the shower was super hot, and the location was nice and central in Chapinero. The breakfast was a bit chaotic when big tour groups were there.

The hotel had everything needed for comfort. Staff were spectacular and always helped with any request. The transport team was great; Uriel coordinated all our transportation needs and every driver was exceptional. I liked everything.
