When I arrived, the cleaning lady handled me because the lobby staff was busy with tortillas; she had no idea, was clear, and startled me by saying there was no room on the first floor as I had requested and that they "scared people" there!

It was okay, I guess. The location was good, and the price was reasonable. But the pillows were terrible, and they asked for a 500-peso deposit, which seemed a bit excessive. It was a decent stay, but not exactly memorable.

The bed was actually really comfy, which was a nice surprise. But the rest of our stay was a disaster. They didn't offer breakfast, and the receptionist told us it was because people were stealing from them. The air conditioning was broken all night and made a ton of noise. The staff seemed really unprofessional, and the guy at reception even made a joke about my partner's last name. When we asked about the lack of water, he just told us to go to the pharmacy down the street.

This place was a gem - super quiet and spotless, perfect for non-smokers. The only downside was that the hot water took ages to come out, but that was about it.
