The location is excellent and the room looks exactly like the pictures. It’s very clean and gets daily maintenance. The staff were very friendly and let us check in early because the room was ready—great help when traveling with a child.

We checked in at the main hotel, just a two‑second walk from the building. The staff were great at both arrival and departure. The rooms were spotless and very nice, with huge walk‑in showers. The location is unbeatable—everything you need is a few minutes away, and a tram is nearby if you need it. Breakfast was decent; when we arrived we were told that if we wanted anything not on the buffet we could ask and they would cook it, but we were happy with what was offered.

I was really impressed with the spacious room and the cleanliness, but unfortunately, it was right on the ground floor and the noise from the street went on until 1:30 am. The staff, however, were super friendly and made up for the lack of sleep.
