The room was clean and suitable for a single night, but the mattress was wavy.

The location was good, but getting into the building was a bit complicated, there was no wardrobe, the shower was a disaster, the walls were poorly sound‑proofed so you could hear everything from neighboring rooms, the bed was a bit small but comfortable.

The entryway, bed and bathroom were clean, yet the property misrepresented its building in the photo and used a misleading picture of the building corner with large balconies. I booked because of the nice balcony views and the building looked decent in a decent neighbourhood, and the reservation said the room had balcony views. The actual building is on the side with some rooms having very small balconies. Graffiti is everywhere, it’s a sketchy neighbourhood and you need to be aware of your surroundings, especially at night. It seems they removed the graffiti from the exterior photo. There was no reception and nobody to hand over keys or help with issues; everything was done through links and phone messaging. The walls are thin and you can hear people in the next room, which isn’t good at 2 am.
