“The food items and preparation of the food were not satisfactory”

My stay at this hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to its enchanting atmosphere and exceptional staff who went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. The hotel's cleanliness was also impressive, but unfortunately, the food options left much to be desired. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel for its warm hospitality and spotless rooms, but be prepared for subpar dining experiences.

“Average stay”

I was initially impressed by the hotel's beautiful landscaping, but my enthusiasm was short-lived due to several issues that detracted from my stay. The roads leading to the hotel were poorly maintained, and the lack of clear signage made navigation a challenge. Furthermore, the rooms were not soundproof, and I could hear noises from both outside and adjacent rooms. To top it off, the à la carte menu was overpriced, and the portion sizes were minuscule.
