The beds and linens were super comfy and top‑quality, and the communication was flawless; they made us feel truly welcome. A nice touch was the tasty snacks left for us upon arrival, and it seemed no detail was overlooked.

There was nothing to praise. No guest should be intimidated, bullied, or belittled for politely raising maintenance concerns. This review stems from disappointment, and I think guests deserve to voice legitimate issues without being bullied, intimidated, insulted, or misrepresented afterward.

The space was adequate. The staff member refused to let my friends celebrate my birthday on the property, even though they were only with us for a few hours, and the repeated knocking at the door was rude and ruined my day.

The views were nice. I didn’t realize how limited the walking room was; we bumped our heads too many times, making it uncomfortable to move around. Some dishes were dirty and had to be rewashed, but the property had enough heating to keep us warm and plenty of utensils if we wanted to cook. Overall a good property, just not suitable for me and my tall family.
