The street was under renovation and that made the arrival a bit annoying, but there was no noise and I was able to get in and out without any problems.

“Ótima hospedagem em SP”

The room was large, clean, well decorated and fully equipped; the kitchenette even had a water filter, which I thought was great, and the included parking was a nice bonus. The drain in the bathroom shower was clogged, but I let the owner know and it should get fixed. The construction noise from the city in front and the mud were present, but that isn’t the hotel’s fault.

The flat was cool, and the Mercure hotel had excellent facilities, a gym, a pool, a sauna—everything was very nice. Because of construction on the hotel’s street, there was a bit of trouble at the entrance, but it was all sorted out; the parking attendants were very attentive, and I recommend getting the parking location on the street below.

“Foi ok”

The receptionists were very polite, the restaurant staff were also friendly, the towels and bed linens were clean, the restaurant food was very good, and the microwave worked fine. There was a lot of dust and noise from construction in front of the hotel, and to leave you have to walk around the courtyard; dust everywhere, especially on the apartment floor because of the renovation, with people talking loudly, drills, and a screwdriver…
