The location is fine. I asked for help booking a taxi to the airport the next morning, they said they had arranged it, but there was no taxi waiting for me, causing a lot of inconvenience. The receptionist spoke only Russian.

The location is good. The bathroom is always full, only one for many guests, which is illogical, the room was very small, and the people there were not friendly, almost like psychopaths.

This was the worst accommodation experience I've ever had. The host never checked us in and completely ignored our phone calls and messages, then blocked us on every communication channel. We were left stranded on the street in a foreign country with nowhere to stay, which was extremely stressful and unacceptable. I strongly advise everyone to avoid this property. A host who abandons guests like this should not be allowed.
