Its proximity to the city centre is great, and the reception staff listened to our request to have our rooms ready at 06:00 instead of 14:00 in Macapa.

The staff are always very well‑intentioned and provide good service; the reception employees are kind. The hotel used to be good, and I'm a frequent guest, but nowadays it feels outdated: old, walls with moisture stains, dirty carpets. During my last stay there was a leak in the bathroom on the sixth floor, the whole floor lacked Wi‑Fi, some rooms still have very old and noisy air‑conditioning units with few adjustment options, and old TVs in some rooms. If you’re looking for a minimum level of comfort, this hotel no longer meets that; you have to be lucky to get a decent room.
