This was my second visit, arriving after a trip to Pahalgam and before heading to Delhi. I was greeted with great warmth, and the two small suggestions I made in my previous review were already taken care of.

Breakfast was excellent, and the kitchen served delicious food. I only have a couple of suggestions—not complaints: I was surprised there was no apple on the fruit platter, and the hotel might consider adding some local bread from traditional bakeries.

The staff were excellent, especially manager Javaid Ji, who went out of his way to help; everyone else was very nice and helpful. It’s a little expensive for India, but it still offers good value.
