The location was good, but the bathroom was dirty and the toilet didn't have hot water. It felt old.

The hotel sits right in front of the station, next to Tokyu Store, Shimamura, and other shopping centers, and the food street is nearby, making it very convenient. Driving to the beach is also great. Guests receive a discount voucher for the on‑site restaurants, so you can enjoy local seafood. The Peril Road and harbor are close, and the market cafeteria is within walking distance—perfect for breakfast. If you move away from the station, eating out becomes difficult. The indoor bath, refrigerator, and heating/cooling system work fine. The staff are homey and friendly. However, during high season when guests return from the beach, the hallway and room walls seem to absorb a lot of odor from the worn wallpaper. The air conditioner and the in‑room Fabricreeze help a lot, but I have dust allergies so it bothered me a bit. With the upcoming bypass opening, access to Gotoda will be excellent, and if the interior (wallpaper, walls) gets renovated, it will definitely become a popular hotel.
