Very good

Rooms were comfortable. Lobby clean. Good breakfast. I did not like that the room I reserved and paid for was not available upon arrival. Was given a room that smelled like smoke and didn't meet the needs of our family. When I requested this to be fixed the desk attendant blamed another coworker saying they weren't paying attention, then that the guest booked earlier. We learned they booked after I did. Regardless, I need the 2 problems fixed. Smoke smell and not enough beds for our family. Eventually we got to a solution but it was painful and unnecessary

Breakfast was excellent, and my husband loved the jacuzzi.

The breakfast offered an enormous variety that was fantastic, with something for every taste; our room was also huge, giving us plenty of space to sort all our luggage in peace. If we ever return to the area, we’ll book here again immediately. Unfortunately, the pool had too much chlorine, so we couldn’t stay long before our eyes started hurting and we could barely see; the fridge in the room was also a bit noisy, but that won’t stop us from staying here again.
