Location and cleanliness. Staff are friendly. The bed is so comfortable but the pillows are too thick and firm. It caused some next pain for me. Maybe have some option for softer pillows

Getting there with the shuttle was easy, very convenient for an overnight stay in Dubai, and the price was very reasonable compared to the airport hotel. No complaints.

The free shuttle to the airport, the room was very clean, and the price was good, of course. Nothing else.
