The location is great and the gardens are very neat, but the rooms need an upgrade and the restaurant menus are somewhat limited.

Location and view from the 6th floor was excellent. Last visited the hotel about 10 years ago. 1. Room service food was terrible. Complained but nothing was done about it. 2. Breakfast food items was below expectations. Egg station did seem to know what she was doing 3. Cleaning of rooms was terrible

The event was huge during my stay and everything had to be moved for it; people slept on the daybeds in the public area, and before 7 am there was loud music downstairs in the garden.
