The room was very old, with outdated switches and lights; the photos looked nice but the reality was disappointing, and because other rooms were for bachelors who openly drank, it wasn’t suitable for family stays.

After booking, a few hours later I was asked to cancel, which means rooms should only be allotted when they’re actually available.

The location and everything else were bad, not worth a 3‑star rating; the staff were unprofessional, cleaning was poor with no daily service, the AC didn’t work, the shower was fully clogged, the exhaust fan was dead, the washbasin tap didn’t function, and the bed sheets were never changed—everything was disappointing.
