The spot is great – close to restaurants, shops and attractions. But the place is huge, almost a block full of tour groups, and breakfast options are a let‑down – hardly any western dishes and the Chinese spread was mediocre. On top of that, the staff don't speak English, so even with a translator it was hard to ask if there was a restaurant – turns out it's on the 5th floor.

Location, facilities and customer service were all excellent. We didn't encounter any problems at all.

The air‑conditioning worked well and kept the room comfortably cool. Unfortunately, the staff didn’t really spell out what the breakfast included, so I was left guessing about the options.

The duplex layout worked well for us, and the buffet breakfast was a highlight. Nothing fell short of expectations.
