Very bad service from the moment we arrived; I had already booked but they told me it wasn’t booked and charged me more than the reservation. There’s no air conditioning, they gave me a small piece of bathroom paper only, the place is in bad condition, and the door didn’t close properly.

We arrived at the front desk wanting to pay by card, but that option wasn’t available, so we had to settle in cash and received the change at checkout. The hot water never came on, and the room wasn’t cleaned at all.
