“Dont stay here”

I booked a room for 2 adults and 3 children but didn’t get that at all. I ended up with a child on the floor. I had paid in advance and went to the office, but they couldn’t offer a refund, another bed, or a bigger room. I was shocked to learn I was to get a refund. I complained afterwards and heard nothing from the motel at all. I tried a number of ways and it didn’t seem to care. Don’t stay here, okay. Also some rooms open straight onto a pool that isn’t safe at all. You have been warned. There weren’t enough towels in the room either. I would not stay again ever. You have been warned. Yes I booked the right‑sized room.

“The motel strategic location wins everything”

The location is near the lake and the Government Garden, and the staff were good. Most rooms required climbing stairs.

“Not the flashest place to stay but very clean, location is amazing and the pools are great.”

Rooms are huge with plenty of beds, and the pools are gorgeous—a real bonus. Everything was spotlessly clean, but there was a strange odor in the unit and the bathroom looked very worn out.

The spot was convenient, just a short walk to the stadium and the food street. However, it was very noisy at night with people in the room above us and stair traffic; we had two young kids who go to bed early, so it wasn’t ideal. We left a day early, and after telling the office staff how disappointed we were, they offered no compensation.
