“Fairly nice hotel, but needs to be more attentive to customers expectations.”

I liked the overall look and style of the hotel and the central air system in each room; the restaurant served good food and the servers were nice. However, the beds were rock hard, the wifi was hard to connect to and randomly disconnected while using, and the water pressure was very low in the shower. The biggest complaint was that I requested a couple of things ahead of time by messaging, received an email confirming that they received my requests and would be able to accommodate them, only to discover when I arrived that those things were not in place. If there is any suggestion I have for any hotel, restaurant, or service business is to actually listen to what the customer is saying and then actually fulfill that request.

It was a second‑floor room facing the street, but the street noise didn’t bother me much; the restaurant was tasty and the air conditioning worked well even in the scorching heat. The only downside was that there was no safety deposit box.
