The place was clean, the service was good, and the facilities were complete. I liked everything; the only issue was a few flies that bothered me during the afternoon.

The Jacuzzi and bathtub are fantastic, and the view of the mountains and the lake tops it off nicely; the bed and other furnishings are also excellent. Unfortunately, the spring water in the Jacuzzi isn’t hot, and the bathtub can’t be filled completely with hot water because the water heater only holds 120 liters and takes several hours to be ready again.

“Vies”

The receptionist was super nice. The room smelled of urine and was dirty; there were two pairs of slippers that had clearly been worn many times. We could only eat on the bed, and outside we were swarmed by flies. The hotel can’t do much about that, but it felt uncomfortable that each of the five of us had to eat in our own room. We booked two standard rooms and one deluxe room, yet all rooms were the same. We left a day early. The price quality didn’t match. We asked for a refund and tried to contact the booking platform to be relocated. The owner wouldn’t give a refund. We stayed one more night because our driver had already left. The next day we moved to another accommodation. The owner’s response was incorrect.

The staff’s kindness and helpfulness stood out, and the location offers a very beautiful view of the lake and the mountains.
