The hotel was very clean and the breakfast was enjoyable. However, it was extremely loud. Checking in was difficult when we arrived, and at midnight the lobby was so noisy we couldn’t hear the receptionist—though it was only 11:30. Once in our room, we couldn’t sleep because the noise was constant; it was almost 1 am and the neighbors were talking loudly. The walls let sound through, creating a very loud environment.

The place was very clean and close to everything. The property itself was great, but the beds were very uncomfortable—worn out, with broken sides, making it hard to sleep without worrying about falling out. I shortened my stay because of the bed, and it was hard to want to explore the city when you’re exhausted.

The staff were very helpful and friendly, and most rooms were clean, with a great location. The pool looked green, and I didn't know it was a pet‑friendly hotel, so I was annoyed by the barking that woke me up; it would be better if there were separate floors for guests without pets.

Parking was onsite and the hotel was within walking distance to downtown, though it is older, it remains clean.
