The stay was amazing: a comfortable room with a wonderful view, an excellent restaurant that served the best kottu I’ve had in Sri Lanka, and staff who went above and beyond to make the experience wonderful; I wouldn’t stay anywhere else. The WiFi in the rooms, however, is not very strong.

There was no breakfast. The large Buddha chapel adjacent to the room lights up all night, bathing the room in bright light, which makes it hard to sleep under those conditions.

The room was great with a beautiful view when the weather was good; the cooking class is a must‑try, the homemade breakfast was excellent and prepared right before your eyes, and the staff were adorable and attentive—highly recommended.

The views are stunning unless there's fog, the staff are friendly, and the room is spacious; upon arrival at 15:30 we were taken by car to a nearby restaurant for lunch and later picked up without any extra charge. The setting, surrounded by tea fields, is very pretty. We liked everything, just note that reaching the city requires a tuk‑tuk, and in the afternoon fog rolled in due to the altitude.

The host is one of the friendliest and warmest people I’ve ever met, arranging everything perfectly, taking time for pleasant chats, and always in a good mood. Breakfast is a dream, and the view from the room overlooking the highlands is fantastic.
