“Filme de terror, falta de respeito, descumprimento de serviço, assédio e exposição à vulnerabilidade”

We were a family of four, including a 70‑year‑old grandma and a 2‑year‑old, after a long, rainy drive hoping for a quiet place. The owner kept calling us nonstop, even though we’d told him we’d arrive between 10 and 11 pm, and he insisted the check‑in was only until 9 pm. When we finally got there at midnight, he demanded we call him, then told us to open the front gate and that we could share the two paid rooms, all while he shouted about cameras and that we’d left the place open.

The spot was easy to find, but the room was a mess—dust everywhere, no shower box so water ran out, and the doors let in street noise. We heard bats chirping all night and the bathroom drain was clogged, plus spider webs in the lobby. The host was awful; we had to message him on WhatsApp for anything, and he only showed up when we rang the bell at checkout.

“Não recomendo”

We arrived late with a group of seven, expecting a cozy stay, but the reception was cold and the staff didn’t even ask our names. The rooms smelled bad, were dusty, had spider webs, the bathrooms were clogged and the mattresses were old, and to top it off, bats kept flying in the ceilings all night. The guy who checked us in only found out we were leaving when we rang the bell, so it was a total nightmare.
