“L hiver pas”
I was initially drawn to the hotel's serene and picturesque surroundings, which I imagine would be even more breathtaking during the summer months. However, upon arrival in the winter, I was disappointed to find that the pool and hot tub were not available, despite this crucial information not being clearly stated in the advertisement. To make matters worse, our chalet was not ready, unclean, and unheated, with dirty dishes and a worn-out, scratched frying pan that left a lot to be desired.
