The hotel’s surroundings are beautiful, the atmosphere is pleasant, the beds are comfortable and everything is kept in good shape, and the staff—especially Suparna and her team—are fantastic.

We usually visit this hotel every third month for eight years, yet this time the bed sheets, towels, and other linens were filthy and breakfast began 30 minutes late.
