Had a wonderful stay! The hotel was beautiful, clean, and welcoming, with excellent service and very friendly staff. The restaurant experience was equally great, with attentive service and good food. The relaxing fragrance throughout the hotel, along with the calm and soothing music, created a lovely, peaceful atmosphere. Hygiene standards were also top-notch, which made the stay even more comfortable. The spa service was incredibly relaxing and a perfect way to unwind. Overall, the staff were warm and welcoming, and the entire experience felt calm, comfortable, and rejuvenating. Would definitely recommend this place for a peaceful and relaxing stay! 🌿✨

The room was fine overall, but the tap in room 211 didn’t reach the sink, so all the water poured out of it. Service at the restaurant and room service felt a little slow, and I spotted a cockroach under my bed that housekeeping couldn’t locate.

The staff were courteous, yet the bathroom lacked towels—multiple calls to front‑broad management were needed. The TV on Slack was too small and far away to see, the hot water was tepid, and the hairdryer didn’t work.
