Mr Cristian is very kind, very available and discreet. This place, simple but welcoming and quiet, is a practical example of great value for money. It feels like home and let us catch our breath and recover after a very tiring trip. Thanks Cristian. The only tiny point I could mention (subjective and not affecting my final judgement) is a bit more attention to small details like tidying the plants at the entrance and a few minor repairs inside the house.

Friendly host, well‑located guesthouse, the area, kitchen, and seating areas are freely usable. A thorough renovation, cleaning, and tidying would be welcome.

Only an outdoor kitchen, very dirty, no equipment.

The bathroom seemed very shabby. The shower was connected to the sink and the curtains didn't reach the floor. It's not a suitable bathroom for renting. The bathroom is not in condition for renting. The shower opened and closed from the sink, was "subrealistic" and totally inadequate. The curtains didn't reach the floor and when you showered the water leaked from the shower tray. You cannot rent an apartment with these conditions.
