Breakfast was very good, the staff were charming, and the cleanliness was impeccable. Absolutely no negatives, a pleasant surprise, quite the opposite.

“A very positive experience, highly recommended”

The hotel sits in a superb spot. Our room was clean and quiet, with the window looking onto the inner courtyard. The staff spoke English and were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good, offering eggs, yogurt, bread, coffee, and juice. We stayed in two different rooms in October, and in both of them water leaked onto the bathroom floor whenever we showered, probably because the shower cabin wasn’t properly sealed. In one room the bedside lamp didn’t work, and the sliding bathroom door was a bit hard to open. These were just minor inconveniences, though, and overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The hotel had a fresh vibe. Everything was very clean. My room and the ensuite were a good size. There was an outside terrace to sit and relax. The staff were very polite and friendly. Breakfast was served on a tray, the variety was good, and there were different foods each day. The hotel is in a good location for walking to the Medina and main areas. No negatives.
