Parking was good, staff were friendly, the place was quiet and not too pricey. The two single beds pushed together were the most uncomfortable, and the pillows were awful. After a long drive and a day at the office I was exhausted, went to bed early but couldn’t sleep because the bed was lumpy and uncomfortable. Frustrating. I should have stayed at the Premier Inn – more expensive but at least I probably would have slept okay.

In a quiet village amid greenery, the rooms are in a separate building near the pub, with direct street access and free private parking. The bathroom in our room (accessible for disabled) was very spacious. The room had all the comforts. Highly recommend the Thai dinner served at the pub. Even though it’s outside the main centers, a 5‑minute drive puts you on high‑traffic roads. The only flaw I could find was that the toilet flush was very slow and the room couldn’t be completely darkened.
