I appreciated the spacious dining room, the bar’s chill area, and the varied food menu, so I ate several dinners at the hotel. I also checked out the pool and gym hoping to use them, but my break was too busy, so I didn’t get a chance; they look appealing, so I’ll try again next time. As a solo traveler I worried about a cramped room, but I was happy to find plenty of space. I would have liked brighter ceiling lights in my bedroom; the lighting was a bit subdued, so I had to turn on the bedside cabinet lights at night.

“Really lovely stay, the staff couldn't do enough for us and the food was delicious!”

The restaurant served delicious food; we tried breakfast, lunch, and dinner and each meal was tasty. The room was lovely, decorated with flower petals for our newlywed celebration, and the springs in the bed were noticeable but still comfortable; the room itself was clean. The sauna door in the women's area doesn’t shut properly, creating a slight draft, but that’s the only issue.

“Beautifult to look at but not worth the price.”

The hotel is beautiful and the grounds are well kept. The Spa offers a varied selection of treatments, though they seem overpriced for the advertised duration. Evening meals were amazing and the waiting staff were great; you truly feel like you’re in the countryside. However, the toilets, changing rooms, and sauna all smelled like urine and were dirty—definitely not what you’d expect from a Spa Hotel. Despite a warm welcome at the beginning, reception staff didn’t treat us properly. The room we stayed in had very thin walls, letting us hear people on the other side talking, going to the toilet, and moving around. It was also very small, had a weird layout, and didn’t look as cozy as advertised. The radiators didn’t work and the windows didn’t close properly. Overall, the stay did not reflect the price tag, and it’s safe to say we won’t be staying here again.
