“Nice place needs some improvements”

The views were nice and the room very comfortable, but the car park was too close so I could hear vehicle doors slamming late at night and sometimes very early in the morning; there were extra charges for quilt covers and the quilts were stained, plus a £100 deposit was required.

“September stay 2026”

We recently stayed at #35, arriving to a well‑kept, cosy place. It’s conveniently located for the shop and pool, and close enough to the club house that it doesn’t disturb us, yet still a comfortable walk. We were pleased with the size and layout of the caravan. Plenty of local information and activities were readily available. Thanks for a very pleasant stay; we’d love to come back.

Nothing regarding the property or the host. However The site its self and all the staff were fantastic and with out them finding us another caravan to move to thru the site its self we would have been left with driving back home. Anyone thinking of visiting this site please do its great but book a caravan owned by the site its self as it was same price and a lot cleaner. Stay clear of this caravan & this host. Everything. DIRTY, the host is horrible, host is defensive, unable to hear anything negative, likes to chuck disgusting allegations around rather than actually accepting what people find upon arrival. To be told directly from her self that she (the host) does not accept any negative reviews sums it up really. I think most positive posts must be her own or friends and anyone who writes anything negative she just calls liars. Caravan was covered in fruit flys all over the ceiling, windows and blinds, we spent 40mins cleaning it out selves. Horrible green sheets in draws so all duvets and pillows were on show with steins on them, even the staff were shocked that sheets weren’t put on them before our arrival. Then upon opening draws in other bedroom we found a dirty pair of pants, after contacting the host she emailed the receptionist of the site and tried to make out we had brought them with us and stashed them, which was the final straw to even be suggested we would have done that. We also found a apple I watch under one of the single beds, the host tried to call us liars and imply we stashed dirty pants because her cleaning team had cleaned the caravan apparently, funny how they missed the I watch also but maybe we stashed that also. Luckily the staff on site were great and helped us with getting another caravan and that was great and clean the difference in the 2 were crazy and only cemented the fact that this caravan was not clean. The host was so set on saying her cleaning team had cleaned it and sent a video that she didn’t ever listen to us and what we found, the service is the worst I have ever come across. After a full week of ringing booking to try and get a full refund we finally received it again this was not an easy process and the host was hard to contact and never replied to booking resulting in them charging her for that

“Great stay, looking forward to rebooking next year”

We had a lovely stay in this caravan and would definitely recommend it! The caravan itself was perfect for us, with three bedrooms, a large open kitchen and sitting area, plenty of space, and everything we needed already there—cooking pans and utensils, wine glasses, an iron and ironing board, WiFi, and a Smart TV that let us play YouTube playlists in the evenings. We happily paid the small extra charge for linens, which made things easier and meant we had less to pack. The caravan was spotless when we arrived and felt very comfortable and welcoming. Communication from the host was excellent from start to finish; any questions we had about the caravan, the site, or the local area were answered quickly and helpfully. The site offered great facilities too, like an indoor swimming pool, a small shop, a laundrette, and a clubhouse, so everything was within reach. The location was also great for exploring: we walked to Porth Beach in less than 20 minutes, found a lovely little coffee place for take‑away, and The Mermaid Inn right on the beach was perfect for a drink and lunch. Newquay town centre was just a 10‑minute drive away, full of sights and activities, making the caravan an excellent base for the area. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and felt the caravan offered excellent value for money—it was clean, comfortable, well equipped, and the host was very helpful. We’d definitely stay here again!

The location near Newquay on an Away Resorts site called Newquay Bay Resort is great, with an indoor and outdoor pool and an entertainment hub, and the price is good for peak season. It would benefit from new mattresses and duvets in all bedrooms, but we didn’t need the duvets because it was summer and the beds had mattress toppers. We missed having decking, as we’ve stayed in many caravans that do, but we knew when we booked this late in peak season that it didn’t have decking. I would have liked access to a vacuum cleaner to help keep the caravan clean.
