This was our third visit to Stroud House, and Sarah and the house welcomed us warmly; the rooms were charming and comfy, and the property sits in a tranquil garden setting.

Sarah was an amazing host who shared loads of local tips, our room felt super cozy and had everything we needed, breakfast was a tasty mix of options, and I’d definitely recommend this place.

I felt like I was staying in Sarah’s lovely home, and the personal touch she gives is something you can’t find in a big hotel; if I go back to IOW, Stroud House will be my first choice.

Sarah made us feel right at home, even brought cake when we arrived and stayed on top of our needs, so it felt more like staying with a friend than a B&B; we just wish there had been a TV in our room.
