The hotel sits beautifully above Bolzano, offering a fantastic view of the city and mountains from our room and the breakfast area; the breakfast itself is varied, high quality, and the staff are very friendly.

The view is fantastic and overall we liked the place, but the suite was a nightmare: the bathroom was built into the bedroom, a nightlight automatically switched on in the toilet with a bright light that spilled into the bedroom, preventing anyone from sleeping; the furniture was so modern it was uncomfortable, there were no pillows on the sofa, the minibar was empty, the room Nescafé was poor and lacked creamer, and the menu didn’t live up to our expectations.

The staff were very kind, the location was very good, and the view was wonderful, but we had bed weather and the pool was not enough for all guests.
