“Eri x lavoro e mi sono trovato bene anche la posizione che stavo 5 minuti dal centro e due minuti dalla tangenziale”

Very clean and comfortable, a 10‑rated bathroom. The price didn’t include breakfast.

“Nice place, great hosts”

A very good value for being within walking distance of Bologna center. A 20‑25 minute walk, but public transport is also available. Street parking is available at a reasonable rate. There’s also a free lot near public transit nearby. The hosts were great. Gloria and Marco work hard to ensure everyone has a good experience. The facility is very well equipped, modern and spacious. The neighborhood is quiet with several markets, restaurants and a park across the street. The keypad to the front door was hard to see in direct sunlight – a minor complaint.

“Sorpreso favorevolmente”

The property is very close to the stadium, so it’s very convenient for events. It’s very well cared for in the details and offers great value for money. The manager is very helpful with any advice. It’s a great support for optimizing the stay. An experience worth repeating.

“Che dire, partiamo dall’accoglienza: Gloria e Marco due persone squisite, hanno fatto di tutto pur d”

The welcome was fantastic: Gloria and Marco, two lovely people, went above and beyond to accommodate us, with their courteous manners. The B&B exceeded all expectations—spotless cleanliness, brand‑new furnishings, and a super clean bathroom. The shared kitchen deserves a mention for being notably good. Thanks a lot; we felt right at home during our brief stay.

The bedroom with its private bathroom is spacious, and the common kitchen and dining area are equally large. Everything was impeccably clean, and the quiet surroundings made for a restful night.
