I chose this place because the reviews were good. I booked on 29.7. and the room was confirmed immediately. On 9.8., while heading to the airport, the owner gave me a terse reply saying the room was no longer available. I called him right away, and the answer was the same. No explanation or alternative was offered. This mess in the Ferragosto week is unacceptable. Never again.

Buona la posizione a 1 minuto di macchina dalla spiaggia più vicina e alla zona più viva di Torre Ovo. Camera della giusta dimensione con frigo in stanza, aria condizionata e balcone con tavolo, sedie e stendino. Parcheggio nella strada privata. Tipica casa da vacanza vicino al mare!! Nelle vicinanze, vicino al lungomare ci sono diversi bar in cui poter fare colazione. Frigo e aria condizionata un po' datati e quindi rumorosi, rumoroso anche il letto che cigolava ad ogni movimento. Assenza di acqua potabile nel bagno, quando ci lavavamo i denti usavamo le bottigliette

The owner is very helpful and friendly, the place is very clean and well maintained, and the location is ideal for visiting the best Ionian beaches from Punta Prosciutto to Marina di Taranto; definitely worth staying for more days.
