The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, with breathtaking views of Berlin Cathedral and Museum Island just a short walk away.
The staff were friendly, welcoming, and more than happy to assist with any queries or requests I had.
The hotel was spotless, quiet, and peaceful, with a fantastic view from my window and incredibly friendly staff

“Hôtel superbe”
The location near the city centre was convenient, and most of the city could be walked to; the spa and pool were pleasant after a day out, and the breakfast was very varied and hearty. The decor was nice, and there were no negatives.
“Leider nur Mittelklasse”
The location was super convenient, the atrium and atmosphere were nice, and we checked out late. The front‑desk staff were very short‑skirted at check‑in, the bathroom wasn’t clean, and items like Kleenex were almost missing from the room. The minibar had to be restocked.
Ein sehr schönes Hotel mit einer großen Bar im Artrium und den gläsernen Fahrstühlen,die man von der Bar aus rauf und runter fahren sehen kann sind sehr beeindruckend.Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und gut ausgestattet. Erstaunlicherweise nichts😀

Our stay was perfect, Room was delightful with an outside facing balcony and although the view was unremarkable it didn’t detract from an amazing stay. Hotel right by the metro and easily walkable to alexanderplatz. Couldn’t fault the property
