The hotel’s central location was convenient and the beds were comfortable, but the front‑desk staff was rude to an elderly couple in front of us, mumbling and hard to understand when we checked in; I’d have preferred a robot.

I booked a room by mistake for the next day, asked to change it, got a new confirmation saying the date was changed, drove over, but the system still had the original date and I was charged an extra room at $304; I haven’t received a refund for the unavailable room, only a $24 credit for the date change, and it’s Friday night with no response yet—I just want my money back for the room that wasn’t available when I arrived.

We enjoyed everything about this place—everything felt and smelled clean, and the beds and shower were great. The fridge didn’t have a freezer, and the site promised free breakfast, but we had to pay $12 for it.
