The bed was very comfortable, the place was very quiet, the host was very kind, welcoming, and attentive. Nothing to complain about.

The view was good. The TV had no sound, the jacuzzi water was cold, there were almost no drinks in the fridge, and I still couldn’t find the snacks.

A loveroom without hot water all the time and no response from the host is unacceptable. We booked this for a romantic moment and ended up unable to wash ourselves with hot water.

The bedding was comfortable and the manager was reachable by SMS, but he didn’t offer the expected solutions to customers. It does not justify the price. 1. The accommodation advertised as accessible for people with reduced mobility actually had a step right at the entrance. 2. There was no sea view, contrary to the description. 3. The minibar contained expired drinks and sweets; after reporting, two replacement drinks were brought but they were also expired. The correct products were only supplied the next day, about 24 hours after our arrival. 4. Only one set of towels (one large and one small) per person for four days, plus one roll of toilet paper for the entire stay. 5. The toilets were extremely cramped, preventing the door from closing once inside. 6. There was no VMC despite the presence of a spa in the room, causing significant condensation and excess humidity; on rainy days ventilation was difficult and the air was very heavy, which was a problem for my asthma. 7. Hot water was unavailable at arrival because the boiler was under maintenance, preventing immediate use of the spa. 8. The spa tub also served as a bathtub/shower, and there was no separate bathroom, contrary to what the listing implied. 9. Mold was present in some areas, linked to the excessive humidity and lack of ventilation.
