The parking is very available with a double canopy for two rows of cars and a central corridor that leads to the rear entrance of the reception, about 1 km from the SS7 quater exit (bretella di raccordo between the Napoli ring road and the SS 162 NC/Asse mediano and the Domiziana direction Rome), 24‑hour reception, proximity to a supermarket and many restaurants, gelaterias, pastry shops, tobacco shops, tables and gazebos in the entrance square where two long‑standing olive trees stand. Daily towel change. The traffic is noisy with frequent roaring motorcycles during the night and early morning trucks, and a bothersome drain that swayed every time a wheel passed. The room faced the street and was on the ground floor in the left wing of the entrance. The air‑conditioner was in front of the bed and, given the small size of the 12 m² room, no cooling option allowed a restful stay without being exposed to irritating cold air jets. There were no hooks near the shower for towels, no extra shelf near the sink for a pouch and beauty case. Breakfast was minimal with croissants almost always gummy and under‑baked inside, coffee and cappuccino, tea bags, whole yogurt in various flavors, single‑portion jams, cookies and packaged croissants.

The staff were friendly, the cleanliness and availability were good, but breakfast could have been more substantial, though it was still fine.
