The apartment was cozy, spotless, and situated in a very quiet area; the only minor drawback was that parking the car comfortably on the street outside the property was tough because there is only a narrow lane.

Everything worked smoothly and there were no issues, but the breakfast was rather plain.

The studio was impeccably clean and welcoming, situated beneath the owner's house; Lucia was very kind and helpful. The city centre of Sulmona is a five‑minute walk away. Breakfast was varied and plentiful, the bed was very comfortable, the bathroom was large and functional, and it was also wheelchair accessible. The downside is that the room has only one window and no fan, so sleeping during a hot summer night can be difficult.

The location, cleanliness, spaciousness, top‑class bathroom, bedroom, and fully equipped kitchen were all great; unfortunately, even in mountain surroundings the air conditioning is mandatory, even when the house is cool, and I would have liked the breakfast to feature more local products.

The room was spacious and clean, with a fully equipped kitchen available to the guest; the bathroom was large, clean, and also set up for disabled use.
