The room was really nice and the location was excellent. The staff were polite. Our room was okay in terms of space, but it was the deluxe one. There were three flights of stairs and no elevator, and the rooms aren’t very sound‑proof.

The rooms were lovely and the breakfast was nice. We knew beforehand that there were stairs leading up to the property.

The key to the room was a code, no cards needed. But the third floor had 59 stairs and no elevator, and we only found out about that after paying and just a few days before we arrived.

“Very nice and comfortable two night stay for a couple to see a lot of Nice”

The hotel was well organized and situated close to Nice’s attractions, the beach and downtown, yet far enough away to avoid the city’s nightlife at night. The third floor without an escalator can be tiring, but we were already aware of it and had no surprises. The staff were very kind, keeping our luggage at the reception when we checked out, but we didn’t leave Nice until the evening.

“Sehr vernünftiges Basic-Hotel in sehr guter Lage.”

The location is very beautiful, the environment is very clean and well maintained. You don’t get extras, but the basics are very good. The shower is nice, though it is open without a privacy screen in the room. The beds were too soft. The breakfast offered no variety. There is no elevator. The price is slightly high.
