I liked the place; it’s very well located and provides a real area to relax. Unfortunately, we had to endure two days of a swarm of ants, so we were put in a room far away and I think that ruined the experience 100 % of the place.

I didn’t like it. It’s far from a resort, the food options are limited and non-existent, it’s very slow, and the staff lack enough information and training.

The meals were exceptional; we never went hungry, and each dish surprised us with flavor and detail. It was as satisfying as any non‑spa resort and quite healthy. Staff were very welcoming and polite. The place was spacious, well kept, very pretty, and inviting to relax. We stayed in a room that didn’t get any sun and was a bit cold, but that was fixed with a heater.

The classes were good. The distance from the center of Itu was a drawback.
