“Great, central and walkable”
A lovely place with very friendly staff. Driving out of the garage was very steep, but we’re grateful for a place to park.

The breakfast was excellent, and there were no issues at all.

Riccardo’s attitude and smile were amazing. He was a very competent, friendly employee who made us feel extremely welcome; no question or request was too hard. The only downside was that we had to change rooms the next night for our tour, to the old building.
“Awful, just awful”
It’s in the centre, but the staff were moody and the room was awful. The window faced the staff staircase outside, the air‑con didn’t work, and neither did the TV—just a terrible experience.
