“Merveilleux”
I stayed right in the historic center and the reception was charming, with a very tasteful, soft décor that shows a lot of taste. I recommend it. The parking is a bit of a hassle, but that’s expected in the heart of the city.

The place is in a great location, a beautifully restored house with very friendly owners. Breakfast is served on a lovely roof terrace. There are no windows, only a skylight, which isn’t ideal for people who feel claustrophobic.
“Nettes Hotel mitten in Trani.”
The room was great, and the location right in the middle of Trani was perfect. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, the air‑conditioning worked, and the décor was very nice. The whole hotel felt well‑arranged. Parking was a bit difficult, so it’s best to use the large parking lot 10 minutes away. A day there costs 15 € and it’s worth it. The lot is guarded and the staff are very friendly. Note that only cash is accepted there. Breakfast was okay; a bit more variety would have been nice. Service was fine but not very warm. Two staff members didn’t even greet us.
The room felt a little cramped because of the large bunk bed, but the king bed was comfortable. The bathroom was spacious and spotless. The location was fine; you can walk everywhere. Overall, everything was good.

The location was excellent—just a 3‑minute walk to the cathedral, restaurants, aperitifs, and parking—everything was perfect. The staff were warm, personable, and welcoming. The room was amazing: comfortable, large, climate‑controlled, and filled with natural light and airflow, so I didn’t need the AC. It was quiet at night and clean. I highly recommend it. The only downside is the 43 steps to the room; it’s a consideration but doesn’t stop me from staying again or recommending it to friends if they’re aware.
