“Estadia muito tranquila e excelente custo-benefício”

The spot is spot-on for first‑timers who want to hop between beaches every day – it's smack in the middle of the island. The host was super helpful and answered all my questions, so everything ran smoothly. I didn't miss a thing. The only hiccup was the last bit of the drive to the property isn’t paved; it’s a tiny, unpaved stretch that can be a bit annoying.

We spent two nights at Bel Ti Plas and had a great time. The house was comfy, well‑equipped, and in a good spot for exploring Anguilla. Nothing to complain about.

“Gracious hospitality in the heart of Anguilla -- fabulous host --come back a better you!”

After visiting over 100 countries, I thought I knew Southern hospitality, but Kurtz raised the bar. I rented a car but had no Wi‑Fi, so I was using printed maps. He found me nearby, dropped by with amazing tips, and was one of the kindest people I've met. The place was spotless – even the floors were clean enough to eat off. The bathroom was better than mine back home. He went above and beyond, making it feel normal. I highly recommend this place!

“Amazing gem in The Valley!”

If you’re looking to ditch the resorts, this is the spot. The road and surroundings might look plain, but once inside you’ll see it’s fully equipped for a great stay. The nearest beach is a short walk, and there are plenty of grocery stores and eateries nearby. AXA Airport is only a 5‑minute drive or a 20‑minute walk, and since flights don’t land after dark, that’s not a big deal. The downside is the area gets pretty dark after 7 pm, so you can feel a bit isolated.
